From Arctic landscapes and aurora to events, aerial, and commercial work — every frame tells a northern story.
My name is Herbert William Malituq Eaton. I'm Inuk, born and raised in Iqaluit, Nunavut — shaped by the North in every way. Malituq Media carries my name because this work is personal. The land I photograph is the land that raised me.
There's a distinct difference between photography of the North and photography by someone from the North. As a lifelong Iqaluit resident, I bring cultural fluency, community trust, and a genuine connection to the land and people I document. Malituq Media offers photography, videography, aerial drone coverage, and content creation across event, landscape, commercial, editorial, and promotional disciplines.
Clients have included the Royal Canadian Legion, Iqaluit Dance Society, BeaverTails Iqaluit, and Toonik Tyme community events. I am contracted for the 2025 Allianait Arts Festival — one of Nunavut's premier Inuit arts and cultural events.
Whether it's event coverage, promotional content, aerial photography, or a creative project — I'd love to hear from you.
